いでじょうぞうてん is a distinguished sake brewery in Yamanashi, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
江戸中期（1700年頃）に醤油醸造として創業。1850年頃から清酒醸造を開始。「開運」の名は皇女和宮の婚姻と同時期だったことに由来。昭和60年（1985年）から「甲斐の開運」として現在の銘柄に。21代続く老舗として、富士五湖地域の酒文化を守り続けている。
