なかおしゅぞう is a distinguished sake brewery in Osaka, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
明治2年（1869年）創業。400年以上の酒造りの歴史を持つ地域で、かつて数十軒あった「摂津郷」の酒蔵の中で唯一残る蔵。地元農家と協力して「三島雄町」を栽培し、一般の人々も参加できる田植えや稲刈りイベントを開催するなど、地域密着型の酒造りを続けている。
