きたしょうじしゅぞうてん is a distinguished sake brewery in 大阪府, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
大正10年（1921年）創業。泉佐野市唯一の醸造蔵として、約65年前から当時「幻の酒」と呼ばれた吟醸酒の生産を開始。「量より質の酒造り」を信念とし、外部から蔵人を雇わず、社員杜氏を中心に全社員が全工程を昔ながらの手作業にて造る。
