ことぶきしゅぞう is a distinguished sake brewery in 大阪府, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
文政5年（1822年）創業。大阪北部の摂津富田郷は、500年以上前から大規模な酒造りが行われていた日本最古の名醸地の一つ。江戸時代から受け継がれる酒造りの伝統を守りながら、1995年からは全国で9番目に地ビール造りも開始し、新しい挑戦も続けている。
