かづのめいしゅ is a distinguished sake brewery in 秋田県, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
明治5年（1872年）創業、田村茂助により創業。当初「千歳」と命名、不老長寿の願いを込める。大正11年（1922年）「千歳盛」に改名、繁栄の願いも加える。尾去沢鉱山の繁栄と共に発展。昭和18年（1943年）地域の21蔵が合併し北鹿酒類製造となるが、平成2年（1990年）地元酒販業界の支援により独立、かづの銘酒として再出発。
