まいづるしゅぞう is a distinguished sake brewery in 秋田県, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
大正7年（1918年）現在の横手市増田町にある通覚寺の住職を中心とした有志により創業。社名「舞鶴酒造」と銘柄「朝乃舞」は、創業当時、酒蔵近くの沼に毎朝鶴が飛来していたことから命名。皆瀬川の扇状台地の先端にあり、豊富な伏流水を活用。平鹿地域の中心地域として地元に根ざした酒造りを続ける。
