あきたしゅるいせいぞう is a distinguished sake brewery in 秋田県, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
昭和19年（1944年）、戦時統制により秋田県内12の酒蔵が完全合併して設立。「高清水」の名は戦後、公募5,037通から選ばれ、秋田市寺内地区に湧く霊泉に由来。2015年時点で全国新酒鑑評会16年連続金賞、御所野蔵は前人未到の18年連続金賞受賞（継続中）。
