やえすめいじょう is a distinguished sake brewery in 秋田県, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
昭和26年（1951年）東京市場へ秋田県産酒を販売するため、日本酒類販売株式会社の提唱により県下16社の統一銘柄として八重寿の前身が発足。昭和39年（1964年）県内8社と日酒販が共同出資し、共同瓶詰工場として八重寿銘醸株式会社を大仙市（旧大曲市）に設立。「八重寿」の名は八重洲の「州」を「寿」に変えて命名。花火の町として知られる大仙市の中心部に位置。
