やまなしめいじょう is a distinguished sake brewery in 山梨県, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
1750年創業。5代目が高遠城主から竹林の七賢人を描いた欄間を拝領し「七賢」と命名（1835年）。明治天皇行幸時の行在所として使用された建物は山梨県有形文化財に指定。白州唯一の酒蔵として300年の伝統を守りながら、革新的な商品開発にも取り組む。
