あさまいしゅぞう is a distinguished sake brewery in Akita, Japan, dedicated to crafting exceptional Japanese sake using traditional methods and local ingredients.
大正6年（1917年）柿﨑宗光により創業。「天の戸」の名は「天の戸は静かに明けて神路山 杉の青葉に日影さすみゆ」の歌から、天照大神の天の岩戸伝説に由来。平成23年（2011年）より純米蔵となり、「酒は田んぼから生まれる」の理念のもと、日本最大級の横手盆地で栽培された米のみを使用。全量を古式槽搾りで醸造。全国新酒鑑評会秋田県初の5年連続金賞受賞。
